Please know that we do not have the ability to charge or refund users directly — all payments and trials are managed entirely by the App Store. When a user signs up for a free trial, the store automatically handles the conversion to a subscription if the trial is not canceled within the specified period. The trial terms and pricing are shown by the platform before confirmation, and we rely on them to ensure transparency.
