Not very happy
We are now using Vonex and the e had no training on how to use the app and the quality of the calls is dreadful.
Drops Apple CarPlay
When you have this app in the background you will have CarPlay drop and reconnect even few minutes. Annoying as hell because i tried 3 cables and even took my car to the dealer thinking something was wrong with my car. Nope just a garbage POS software doing something in the background. Also if i have had a call ring through on this app if a normal person tries to call me it goes straight to Messagebank. I have tried changing all the settings and it still does it.

An amazing option for a small office staff
Thanks for the opportunity to comment on our new Vonex voip system -clear reception time, excellent value on line per call, great international costs, wonderful that so much is able to be done remotely by staff. A decision not regretted and app brilliant
