Easily calculate routes with VOR Quick! The VOR Quick App is a route planner for public transport that is primarily intended to work simply and intuitively. The app is limited to the essential purpose of a route planner so as not to overwhelm user, for example children, with their functionality. Up to 8 different destinations can be predefined in the app, which the user can access later. Each destination can be named and personalised individually with a photo or icon. The user can now query connections to the saved destination from their actual location with just one click. Just as destinations, so-called "helpers" can also be created in the app. Contact details of these helpers are memorised. The user, for example children, can easily and quickly connect with helpers via phone call or SMS when getting lost. The user’s current location and the remaining battery life are automatically sent to the helper via SMS. The purpose of the app is not to send children to places they have never been before. Rather, the VOR Quick App aims to bring children safely to places they already know or to cover distances that they already practiced with their parents. To ensure that the VOR Quick App can safely guide users to their destination, an upright internet connection and the location determination function of the phone are necessary while using the app. The VOR Quick App needs the location determination to be able to create a current route to the desired location as well as current information about the immediate area. The data in the app will only be used to process your request. Always up to date! VOR Quick always uses the latest data based on the traffic information Austria (VAO) and shows not only the current traffic situation but also delays, diversions and changes in the traffic network. The information flows into the routing and thus provides current connections for your query. Continuous optimizations!
