VorOrtBox

You work at jobsites and with clients and don't want to guess in the evening how long you were where? VorOrtBox records your time on site automatically – no clocking in, no account, no setup. HOW IT WORKS • Turn it on and get to work: VorOrtBox notices when you arrive at a place and when you leave. • At a glance: “On site now · Berger family · since 07:45” – you always see what is running. • Quick check in the evening: the reminder shows your hours, and “Confirm day” finishes the day right from the notification. • Name places once: “Save as place” – earlier and future visits there are assigned automatically. BUILT FOR TRADESPEOPLE • Work, travel and breaks kept apart • Gaps stand out: turn unaccounted time into travel, a break or work with one tap • Precise departure detection (optional): a visit ends minutes after you drive off • Set working hours, e.g. Mon–Fri 6 am–6 pm – nothing is recorded in the evening or at weekends • On-call duty for emergency jobs • Notes for every visit, with an optional reminder after you leave • Group places by client or project • Weekly and monthly overviews with totals EXPORT FOR INVOICING CSV export per period and client: date, place, from, to, hours, note – opens directly in Excel or Numbers. No rounding; you decide that in your invoice. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Everything is stored only on your iPhone. No account, no server, no ads, no tracking. No continuous GPS route is recorded. FREE TO USE Recording is free forever, and so is the history of the last five days. VorOrtBox Pro unlocks your full history and CSV export – monthly, yearly or, at launch, as a one-time founder lifetime purchase. Older entries always stay stored. Note: automatic recording needs “Always” location access. Without it you can add entries manually.
