Too many bugs too function

An assignment that should have taken me an hour max to complete took days because it was assigned on Vosaic and Vosaic is an incompetent program. First it was that it would take multiple tries to log in as there would only be a loading screen, the video I was trying to upload took half a day to load, then it would log me out every 5-10 minutes for about 40 minutes straight and delete the progress I made in that time, then it logged me out completely with an error message on the screen. The one star is only for the staff who were always readily available to try and troubleshoot all these errors. The program would work well for a bit after I would have a conversation with them but it never lasted.
