Can’t crop to required size before using any template. So you use template , then option to crop to say 4x5 then realise you have chopped s.o head off can’t reframe. Given up on this one! Just a shame you can’t crop vertical images to be sized at 1080px by 1350px with a 4:5 aspect ratio before you insert the photos so you see what you are getting. Developer responded with vertical app for stories 1080 by 1920px. Moving on…
