1.Asking to login again and again even login with OTP, if i click any of the service, its asking to login, after submitting otp entering into main menu, then again same issue happening, I’m using Iphone 15 Pro max , ios version : 18.6
2.getting invalid public key error while search in electoral role(not getting otp instead getting popup error),
3.No records found if i use epic ID search in Electoral search,
4.Search By details in electoral search also not giving any records.

Frustrating as usual when you use any app related to public services. Tried checking my eligibility 10 times and as soon as I click on the state option the app shuts down. Why can’t we have efficient apps in 2024 where a kid can make an app that functions better than this. Here we are being reminded about our duty as a citizen to vote and we want to exercise that right and here we have an app which on entering mobile number decides to shut down each time. Guys i am no expert, but it cannot be so difficult as apps are a way of life now. Disappointing to say the least.

App crashes every time when i am applying for voter registration.
First of all, a huge respect for the developers and election commission of India. For thinking that they actually can do something. By adding this app to the app store to show their work as they are working, which I have heard in past years, and now by using this app, I am confirming those words said by our parents and their parents that the government and their employees just show that they work, but deep down there is nothing just like this app inside; it's nothing but for showing people that there is an app of the Election Commission of India in the app store. Kuch nahi ho sakta is desh ka . Jabtak logo ke antar aatma nahi jagti.

Useless just like everything else
I knew I couldn’t expect anything in the first place but I still thought of giving it a try since it would also benefit the government I was hoping at least this one thing would function fine. First and foremost- why do I need to have a guardian, father or mothers voter Id that too registered in the same area as myself, you don’t even offer an alternative to move past this. Okay look, there must be people who are orphans, relocated, lone survivors of their families and what not, don’t people like that have a right to get a voter ID - I am one of them, I lost my parents when I was too young. You can keep it as an option to smoothen the process but you CANNOT keep it as a condition. THATS JUST PATHETIC Besides, the dumb app kept crashing at one point again and again, I wasted lot of time in my working hours and I regret, because unlike some lucky people I am one of those who gets paid to work. Might as well head back! Thanks for nothing.

Not regretting the complaints
This app is very much informative only not to take any requests or complaints. Though options there but the concern team least bother to take action on the requests or complaints through this app. I have submitted form 8 and no progress even after a week and when I try registering complaint , it not getting submitted.

App crashing while trying to submit details
App has been crashing repeatedly while I am trying to submit my details for ‘New Voter Registration’. When I reach the ‘Date of Birth’ step, the App automatically crashes. I am noticing this today and earlier it was working fine. I have filled all the details and reached till the last step in the month of December’23 but for some reason, the App is not at all working properly, repeatedly crashing and not letting me update my details. Kindly fix it ASAP, as 2024 Lok Sabha Elections are nearing and many people like me would either want to register or update their details.

Pathetic Functioning
Does anyone from the EC department ever login and test it before the app is rolled out? One simple example is when I check the status of Form 6 application with the reference I’d, after selecting the state, the app auto closes. I can give few more examples when I tried to lodge a a complaint. One being in Andhra Pradesh is a curse for having my voter ID deleted with no resolution from EC. Two my constitutional right is taken away from me with no help in getting my voter ID (been a voter for 25+ years

Forgot password is not working!!
There is a blocker / Critical issue with the Forgot password feature in app, user will not be able to get OTP while trying to Reset password with mobile number and OTP. It was happening for a long time but not yet received the fixes on latest version. Developers please note this issue and release fix as soon as possible, otherwise people like me cannot access the app and now I don't know the status of my previous Voter ID update requests and I and my family may miss this election!!

Pathetic app
Crashes all the time whenever you search anything in this app. I applied new voter ID for my son and am NOT score to get the status of application. The moment I click on Track Status button to get status it crashes. Should be named Crash App aptly. Useless app. Feedback given also is useless as developers don’t even fix the issues. Not sure why we even write feedback which will never be addressed. Thanks for the Crash App developers and government who doesn’t care if apps work or not.

App needs to be improved
I could help to get voter ID for 2 elderly people through this app. When we add details like mobile number and email addresses we expect confirmation sent by email or mobile number.. we were expecting an enquiry call. When tried to download the voter ID through e epic then app was getting closed. Lot to be improved. Thank you.

Frustrating and useless.
Wanted to fill Form 6 for new Voter Registration. When you fill the form completely and click ‘Submit’ it says ‘try again later’. This has happened to me 10-12 times. Had been trying to submit the form since a year almost. When it finally got submitted, within a week it showed ‘rejected’ because apparently I didn’t write the Name of relation correctly (even though I’ve written the full name and double checked before submitting). So frustrating. Called 1950 helpline no. and was told I need to contact the AERO. He isn’t picking calls now.

I beleive after use
I believe it after use first i think this is not work as we know election commissioner was very slow ....so i just try to change my name which was wrong in my voter id card i fillup form 8 and submit all details ... After 10 days it was approved 👍👍👍👍👍👍😘😘😘😘😘😘 strange but its happened with me .... try it....

130billion+ population but still every voter data being captured and provided. If your basic details are updated properly your voter ID -EPIC number will be provided and know your polling booth etc in simplest possible way by just logging in.

Outstanding service
Was very pleasantly surprised on how smooth the process has become - to both add a new voter and also to update existing details.. Wasn’t expecting any action, but filled the relevant forms and within an hour a ECI official from the local office called to say they have received the application and asked for an additional document, came and verified and completed the entire process within a couple of hours!! Unbelievable customer service from a Govt Org, unthinkable in the past.. Super impressed!

Application rejected twice
This application doesn’t perform validation checks or what I don’t know but first time my application was rejected because name was not correct and why it wasn’t correct because in name field they expect only first name but they have mentioned as “Enter name” so I have entered full name there and later it was rejected. Now I reapplied but the status now is declaration page not filled. How can this be possible ? If app is taking us through different pages and how it can submit form without taking the declaration??? This is time wasting app nothing else.

Works fine for me, got my EPIC on time
Applied for me n my family and got the card on time. Even the process was easier than the laptop where it wasn’t going thru hence i jumped on the app and things worked absolutely fine !!

It’s should be rated in negative. Dear ECI, if you’re so incompetent, then why don’t you outsource or hire professional to develop app? Why waste time of citizens? Why frustrate them? Regarding features, well, where do I start? This would be the first app who even after registering(you will feel lucky if you successfully able to register), and after logging will ask you to type application reference no. to check any status! Seriously? Then why the hell you asked for login ? And if I’m logged in, why can’t you provide reference no. of my filled application & its status ? Why I need to type the reference no. ? Can’t describe more. Hope they give the job to someone so that citizens do not frustrated by using their app or web portal.

Frustrating experience
This is pathetic app. It didn’t give me my tracking number and when I tried up add family it didn’t accept anyone’s details. Even the NVSP website doesn’t allow the verification to be done online. BLO of my area Kanhaiya Lal Bind is not responding and he disconnected the call on the pretext of wrong number. This is the state of affairs on the ground so the normal public has no option except to physically visit the election office and complete the verification. All the claims made by govt about the online options and BLO etc have completely failed the ground. Not sure if anyone is even listening to all this feedback. Even the complaint option on this app isn’t functional and I am very sure it’s done intentionally so that govt officials don’t have to deal with the complaints of the public. It’s total chaos.

App is Crap
Crashes many times even if I get through then it says not able to connect to network even though I am downloading and writing review on same network. Still trying multiple times and at different network And proceeding a step further I was not able to search for my EPIC through search details “can not connect to server” then after manually feeding my epic I was not able to edit the address manually as I was doing this somewhere else. In the end I gave up and don’t have the patience to do a simple thing as verification in such a complicated and hurdle ridden method. Great initiative but absolutely Crap app. Don’t give my tax paid money to these developers and black list them from all future critical projects.

Pathetic app who the hell developed this
I went to polling station this morning to cast my vote and found that my name was missing from the polling list... I got furious and angry since each term I have casted my vote in the same constituency and this time not only for me but many of my family members names were missing. Inspite of all records and I'd card in hand I was not able to vote... as I happen to check details online to track and sent SMS on 1950... there has been no response... I have been trying since 2 hours to connect online but it's crashed.... at this growing age of technology and internet ...if I would need to rate this app it should be less than one star... unfortunately there is no option to put zero star. Pls save our country :(
