Can’t view offers on iPad
Since the last update, offer boxes on iPads are completely cut in half due to a display bug, making them impossible to read.
Too much time to get a 10 pound voucher
This app takes too much time to verify the transaction and then keep asking for proof. They should find the proof and transaction on their own because I haven’t already paid the retailer . It’s been more than two months and I haven’t received my 15 quid Amazon voucher . Shame

Loved this app BUT getting so frustrating to use
Have been using this app for over a year. It started out good. It tracked my purchases well … then it started missing some. So in the end I take a screenshot to prove I’ve ordered through the VC app and wait for the confirmation from the company I purchased from to come. If I’ve not had a confirmation from BC I then email them and forward the photos and confirmation. They normally fix it but it’s taking so long to get an answer from them now (presumably because this is happening to lots of people). What is supposed to be a great experience is turning into one that requires so much more time and effort than it should. It is putting me off using it, which is a real shame because if they just got it to work perfectly they could have so many more customers. If you do use it you must keep track of what you buy etc etc and make sure you get your confirmations and you need to be really patient. 🤷🏼♀️

Iv tried a few codes and they don’t work at all! What’s the actual point with this?
Half amazing half pointless
The concept of this is amazing, but the actual format not great. If you are ordering something one off and a discount happens to be on here, GREAT! If you open an app for somewhere you order from often, pointless. You can sit on an app, go to VoucherCodes app, find a deal you want tracked, then the VoucherCodes app will take you to safari, which is pointless, you have already spent hours scrolling on the app and filled your basket just wanting to checkout. If this app here would divert and track an app purchase it would be 10/10 but without that it’s half pointless. Also the safari extension is okay but the button is not geared for right handed users. It is constantly in the way and I’m having to move it. If it would automatically open on the top left out of the way it would be much better so you can reach for it when you want it but not be in the way. At the moment as I try to scroll down or up it is somewhere in the way.
Sorry guys cause I love the concept and have managed to save when a lot of the websites I used didn’t have apps but now it’s easier to scroll and make wishlist on their app rather than on safari so half the time I can’t claim.

Can’t get passed the screen to add to Voucher code to safari
Unable to use as the app won’t let you pass the first pop up which is to big for the screen. Useless

My personal details were sold from this site and tried to take £30 a month for a delivery scam and now being avoided with the AI who offers to put me through to a human but constantly gets confused and replies someone will be in contact within 30 days 🤬

Went though there app to boots and it never tracked my purchase won’t bother with anymore

If I could give it a zero star I would. Followed instructions and now can’t find any record of me. Spoke to so many people now, I would have used top cash back if I’d know this was a scam and a waste of my time.

Extension not Compatible with Mac Safari
Despite having an extension for iPadOS Safari browser, I am unable to install the DealFinder extension on my MacOS Safari browser. Frustratingly, I am always being redirected to Google Chrome which is NOT the browser I mainly use. Please fix this!

Frozen doesn’t open Safari or app of the store selected
