Major bug
Works fine once one is working on an image. BUT: 1. Cannot upload new photos. The screen interface does not display the icon for accessing photo library. 2. “Report bugs” feature under Settings is a dead link. So, I have no choice but to use the review mechanism to try to send the message. 3. The only way to upload new photos is to delete the app and then reload it. It will then allow access to photo library but one time only (because there is no library icon to use to returning to get new photos). 4. To add to frustration, when one reloads, in-app purchase has been deleted and you have to click “restore.”

Would Purchase - But
I’d like to say this program works flawlessly as intended and designed.
I only took away one star because it’s lacking two important preferences I would need to purchase.
1) the ability to change the size of your frame. Some of my prints are very wide and mural like. If I use the frames by default, it makes it look like a small portrait picture is to be hung.
2) another is to Size your background to the picture. I’m not talking to Zoom. But for the same reasons above if the bricks are very large, then my art is very small.
3) if you could make your program dynamic enough that you could have different framing scenarios, that would be incredible.
* what I mean is, for some of my very wide prints I will split them into three partitions, and have them framed separately.
Many artists use custom framing so You could merge this into a collage type app applying your frames as above. I am a product developer myself and I think your program would become very valuable. At least for me :-)

Crashes
This was a great, well priced app that I paid for pro access to. Not too happy that it automatically crashes when I go to open it now! Please fix the app so we can actually use it.
Not working
I’ve had this app for a year or 2 now. Never a problem. Now it’s not working which is very frustrating
They will steal your money
I use to love this app but I paid for all the features and now it stopped working and it has major exporting issue. Zero customer service, don’t download!

Only 2 Sizes?
I can only use a 1:1 or 2:3 ratio for pic sizes. Not ideal and very limiting.

I hope they will update this application to keep it up to date…
I hope they will update this application to keep it up to date with the new iOS features and to eliminate various bugs. Sometimes it hardly uploads photo to edit. Or it takes several attempts/time to upload it. My Device: iPhone 14 Pro Max (latest iOS)
Crashes !!
If you want to add a simple frame then it should work fine, but If you’re doing any editing of any sort .. it will crash!!
Good for frames, bad for artists.
The app for frames is nice, but they give no options for any other dimension but their own. So any piece of art you upload gets cropped, some by 30%, which defeats the purpose of showcasing the artwork.
App don’t work
This is app is amazing but when you select frames you can’t come back out of it and you are stuck.
How is this useful?
Forces you to crop paintings to one of two aspect ratios, frames are hideous and the app crashes constantly.
Only 2 aspect ratios available.
I was over the moon when I discovered this app because I’d searched all over for something as clean and simple to use with editing capabilities on the fly. But as an artist who would like to showcase work that ranges in a variety of sizes, this is unfortunately limited. No matter what size the original art, you are limited to 2:3 ratio or square - so your art is unfortunately cropped. Hopefully an update soon??

Unuseable bugy after iOS update
soon as I try to open a graphic, it crashes. Repeatedly. If I click on bug report, it crashes. Multiple other buttons crashed.
Limited aspect ratios
It’s good but lacks the ability to put panoramic images for example into a frame.

I uploaded 2 photos and played around with different frames and now I can’t upload anymore or delete what I had uploaded?

I’d keep, but as it stands, I want a refund. I don’t have all the options displayed, and I’ve clicked every option, and everything stays just like it is. A handful of frames, a handful of colors. When I clicked on contact, nothing happened.

Excellent and easy to use, but usually crash randomly
and NEED an automatically save function and history edit function
