FAQ
What is VOV?
VOV allows you to create a digital invitation that acts as a mini-website for your event. Guests can access event details, schedules, and galleries without needing to download an app or create an account. The app also helps you manage your guest list and RSVPs privately.
How does VOV work for guests?
Guests receive a link or QR code to your event's invitation page. This page displays information like a welcome message, event story, schedule, photo gallery, and gift registry details. They do not need to create an account or download any application to view the invitation.
What are the limitations of the free version of VOV?
The free version of VOV allows you to design your invitation using free templates and include a gallery with up to five photos. This is sufficient for creating the basic invitation site, but it does not include features for hosting a comprehensive guest list.
What features are included in VOV Pro?
VOV Pro unlocks the full guest list functionality, RSVP tracking, registry options, access to all templates, and an expanded photo gallery. It is available through monthly or yearly subscriptions.
How do I subscribe to VOV Pro and what are the costs?
VOV Pro offers two subscription plans: $12.99 per month or $129.00 per year. Both plans include a 7-day free trial. Payments are processed through your Apple ID.
Can I cancel my VOV Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your VOV Pro subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends through your device's Settings.
Is VOV safe for my guest data?
VOV prioritizes privacy and states that guest names and emails are not sold. Event content and pictures are also not used for model training. You can delete an event or your account, and the associated public page will be removed.
What devices is VOV available on?
VOV is available for iPhone and iPad devices, as indicated by its compatibility with Apple's ecosystem.
