VoxDrop: Voice Capture

VoxDrop is a focused voice-capture utility. Record a short clip, have a speech-to-text service you configure turn it into text, and optionally send the result to your own workflow through an HTTPS webhook. Why VoxDrop: • Bring your own credentials and service — use Alibaba Cloud Qwen3-ASR, Volcengine speech recognition, or a fully user-configured Custom STT HTTPS endpoint. Service availability may vary by App Store storefront. • Explicit data permission — before transcription or webhook delivery is enabled, VoxDrop lists the exact data and destination domain. Nothing is sent without your affirmative permission. • Automatic background workflow — once a recording ends, transcription and delivery continue without blocking your next recording. • Clear per-recording status — transcription and webhook delivery have independent progress and error states, with manual retry when needed. • Document-based hotwords — select a JSON terms file from Files; VoxDrop reloads its latest version whenever the app launches. • Recording-friendly behavior — the display stays awake while recording, and optional retention rules can remove older local recordings automatically. • HTTPS required — transcription and webhook destinations must use encrypted HTTPS connections. No VoxDrop account, no ads, and no developer-operated backend. Credentials remain in the on-device iOS Keychain.
