About
Need to send a clear follow-up while the details are still fresh? VoxMail captures your voice once, then keeps the transcript, original audio, and email follow-up connected.
Dictating directly into Mail gives you text but no source recording. Recording first often means switching apps, copying text, finding the matching audio, and attaching it yourself. VoxMail keeps one recording as the source so you can review everything before sending.
• Record once - Capture the original audio and create a readable transcript.
• Review with context - Play the recording and check its transcript together.
• Prepare the email - Add the transcript and original recording to the Apple Mail composer for review.
• Change the language - Re-transcribe an existing recording with another supported language.
• Check send history - Keep the recipient, time, and status with the source recording.
VoxMail requires supported Apple on-device speech recognition and does not fall back to server recognition. Availability depends on the selected language, device, iOS version, and downloaded speech resources. Unsupported combinations show an error.
Audio and text stay on the device while recording and transcribing. They leave the device only when you choose to share or send them. Sending email requires an account configured in Apple Mail.
