Very simple and fun toy. My favorite part was when I discovered that it supports multitouch so you can have several voices at the same time to form a sort of barbershop chorus with dementia.
Musical Fun
This app is fun to use. Changing the three Formant filters allows you to create an endless variety of “vocalizations.” Similar to a theremin, but using a finger rather than hands.
I would love to see an option to display an adjustable grid that would allow somewhat repeatable phrases or melodies to be played. And maybe an option to increase the “vocal” range.
But even as it is, it’s great fun.
