Rendszerhiba esetén nem lehet leállítani a parkolást! Ügyfélszolgálatot telefonon nem lehet elérni , email váltással pedig a lezárás több óra és addig a parkolás megy! Nekem legutóbb 4 órámba telt! 😡🤬

Great app to buy vignette/parking, but I miss the Apple pay
The parking is awesome. The app simply tells you, based on your location, the parking zone and you can start/stop parking with a single click. Purchasing a vignette is also easy. My only pain point is that there is no Apple Pay, and you need to register a credit card on a confusing user interface. (The interface is provided by OTP Bank, so it should be secure, however, it is not optimized for mobile and there is a part regarding creating a new password, which is confusing AF.)

Glitches and Service Outages Cause Problems
The app occasionally glitches or suffers from a service outage which can result in the user not being able to show a pass when needed. This causes serve inconvenience and even ticketing if the user cannot produce the pass when asked by a ticket inspector. These glitches happen with some regularity making the app unreliable.
