Terrible in every way
If this app could get 0 stars, that still might be more than it deserves. Almost never works, and when it does it struggles to perform the most basic functions.
The associated screens look nice in a vehicle, until you need to use them, and lose 10000 brain cells trying to get them to work properly. Our voxx screens are without question the worst purchase I’ve ever made in my life. Don’t let them convince you they are worth the price. A $99 player from Amazon works better

Don’t waste your money
This is the biggest waste of money. No part of this works at all. So frustrated.
Does not work
I put everything on the same WiFi. I load the app and it does not find the screens to manage. I’m surprised Apple lets them list their app as it’s never updated, they delisted my app after six months of no updates.
The screens work fine without the app. But it was one reason why it was better than something that’s $100 on Amazon.

Does not work
I have had these TVs for 2 months now and the APP only worked the first day they were installed and had not worked anymore, this is definitely not as advertised and needs to be fixed ASAP, seriously debating filing a lawsuit because APP and TVs are not as advertised, I would not recommend this to anybody, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Paid too much
I paid $2400 for these tvs with installation and I can’t get the app to work. I have a toddler that I need to work the tv through the app for him.

Can’t connect the system to my phone
I tried connecting my iPhone to be to monitor and control my children’s devices at the back of my car but the system doesn’t work as advertised… I’m so frustrated
Garbage it has never worked.
Even the salesperson could t get it to work. Don’t waste your money.
If it works it’s great..
The problem is that it doesn’t work more than it does. I’d hoped that the reason it wasn’t working (only shows opening screen with logo when I choose the monitor) was bc I needed to update the app but unfortunately there is no update available. The system was marketed with this app as a feature; please fix this app to uphold what was marketed..as this is not a feature if it never works.

It doesn’t work
This app literally never works. I’ve deleted and reinstalled so many times and still nothing comes up. As shown by the horrible reviews this app is useless and the company doesn’t care enough to fix it. Last update was 3 years ago.
This app is not functional
This doesn’t even pass as a test version of software. It doesn’t do anything. There is one screen in the application and provides no helpful information. I tried using with my rear entertainment screens connected to the car and phone and neither work. The Netflix and Disney applications won’t load on the rear screens either. Please hire a real software engineer and fix this… you’re charging people a significant chunk of change for the promise of Wi-Fi rear entertainment controlled by smartphone. It flat out doesn’t work. Fix it!

Doesn’t find the monitors
When it finds the monitors it works great, but most of the time it won’t or they drop after a short period of time. It’s very helpful with little ones watching that can’t operate the screens …. If I could count on it to work.
Totally useless app
I do get frustrated each time I use the system. I was thinking we were going to have some thing that my wife and I could fully control from the front seat, but I have to manually walk around and turn on/push the power button for each monitor because they don’t automatically come on.
Is there a way for them to turn on whenever the truck turns on? Part of the problem is the low time takes so long and then most of the time they have not been automatically connecting to the Internet. So after I turn each one on I have to manually go around to each one and make sure it’s connected to the Internet and push the screen mirroring buttons. For example, the other day it took me about 14 minutes to turn them on and set up a movie. There is not really a good way that I see you to cut down on time because each one has to be connected to the Internet in order to be able to use the app. Then, on the way to where we were going one child’s movie ended and I had to pull over to adjust it because the app to control with our phone kept crashing. The phone app is really not good despite the monitors working good and having good quality. Even when we just crank the truck up and go, my wife will crawl back there and start powering on all the machines to save time but we don’t even do this on trips less than 15 minutes because it’s not worth the set up hassle and time. Either way we are missing something or that’s just the way that it is. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
the monitors themselves are great. They just don't power on without manually pushing the button and internet connection usually requires manually searching on the monitor to find it. Sometimes it's hard for them to find the other screen i want to dually pair it to so it has to be done using the monitor and not the app. The app must be closed out and reopened EVERY time i want to fix a problem with a screen so it's quicker for me to pull over the truck. The quality is fine, the initial capability of using it is what is tough. It's definitely not something I can crank my truck up with and use an app to control like I thought I was getting.
It's not a problem for me to use sitting back there but all my kids are too small to problem solve. My kids don't know how to retry, scan for devices, or read so we can't use the app until we manually do each of these things for each monitor and make multiple trips through and around the truck.

Monitors never appear
Have never been able to get this to work. Read the manuals and tried numerous ways. Tried connecting through separate iPhones. Monitor names never appear. Wish it would work because it would be really helpful when I’m the only parent in the car.
It doesn’t work
It doesn’t see the rear seat screens, there is no settings button.
Basically..... rubbish app.

VOXXLINK app for backseat entertainment
Had trouble try to connect through WiFi but once I watched the VOXX video saying to download VOXX app then click on VOXXLINK on your smart device turn on the hot spot on your phone click on iPhone on the smart device and it works great and upload your smartphone and your device.
So far so good
Works as advertised. I like the remote functionality.
When it works it’s great
Please update this app. It seems that when connected directly to the phone WiFi, phone has difficulty detecting the minutes. When connecting with another device through that WiFi it works great. Once connected the functionality is excellent.
