Doesn’t work
It didn’t work for me, they tie you in and don’t let you cancel even if doesn’t work- keep upping dosage without any checks and gets more inexpensive after luring you in with low cost for pills. App not great either just a way for them to get lots of personal data which they no doubt sell but has no value to you.

I am not great at remembering to log But the app really does help and it is good to see progress even if I don’t feel it. I put on 4 1/2 stone and developed a very unhappy liver during a 15month chemo period where I also went through medical menopause. So, to see the scales start to move in the right direction is such a relief and a great drive to keep going.

Keeps everything in one place
A good app that keeps everything in one place, like my weight, medication and pictures. However, although I love that I can also track my calories, I find that I’m constantly having to work out the calories myself, as the AI technology is always getting the calorie count wrong on the foods I upload.
Overall I would recommend and having great results on my medication (1 stone loss in 1 month).

They are fast at taking your money, but when you raise a ticket as you have an issue, they will ignore you. Don’t waste your money. It’s pretty much a scam. You have been warned.

Awful customer service experience
Customer service is absolutely awful. At least 3 days to reply and then if you don’t reply to them within the hour the chat gets closed. Been trying to make amendments to my plan for the last week and been unsuccessful.

Broken update
This latest app update (version 1.4.67) has a bug which prevents us from picking the right dose when we are click-counting. It is also impossible to see previous injections details to ensure a different site is used.
