Broken update
This latest app update (version 1.4.67) has a bug which prevents us from picking the right dose when we are click-counting. It is also impossible to see previous injections details to ensure a different site is used.

Not sure about the new update
This recent update I am finding more difficult. The older version gave me by target daily calories clearly on the main home page but this has now disappeared. Please put this back on
Appalling customer service
Itās all automated to register your payment details but once you start purchasing anything you canāt stop without human intervention from them. You canāt even remove your payment details. Absolutely do not use this service unless youāre happy to jump through hoops if you ever want to cancel something

Good but needs some tweaking
The app isnāt bad but small annoying things like the tablet reminder is only set days per week. I take my clomid every other day so each week changes day. One week being mon, wed, fri, sun. Then next week starting on Tuesday and Thursday etc. sometimes I miss my does as forget where I am with my shift work so a better plannner where you can choose every other day be much better in this instance.

Keeps freezing
App keeps freezing on a promo to get Ā£100 if you refer a friend I have had to delete and re down load over 10 times the issue wonāt stop. Itās frustrating it also will not allow feedback as it states all nick names are taken
Slow work
Itās been hard work for me I live on my own and have no one to talk or encourage me. The jabs work but being bored doesnāt

Revision - the app originally was updated and was 1* rating - (great fantastic product) then the replacing update and boom back to 5 * please get the role out sorted - š
Major App Issues
This app has completely deteriorated over the course of the last two weeks. Critical functionality has been removed. The issues another reviewer (Fred) has identified are affecting me too and despite reporting issues, nothing has improved nor have I received any meaningful updates. I have the current version of the app.

Was apprehensive at first , however itās one of the best choices iv made .
I down loaded the Voy app which is just Amazingly and full of advice and informative giveās you very clear instructions on how to do your injections, there is a lot of information on how to keep positive, active , advice on side effects and how to avoid and tip on how to treat / relieve symptoms, good advice and much much more .
My first week has been very productive with a very good result . The most positive thing I have noticed is the craving I had mid afternoon has disappeared , which Iām hopeful I will be able to control once I have reached my goal weight .

Love app
Easy to use , keeping me on track. Find the food calculations sometimes a little off and need to amend calories and macros as per the true amounts . Otherwise great.
Cancelation seems impossible
I ordered a 3 month program. After my 3rd box I was surprised to see a 4th box. Impossible to get hold of them on phone and automated messages are annoying.
Hard to find time to keep calling when no luck. 5th box arrives so try again and they tell you an email is sent towards end of plan to see if you want to roll over, if you donāt confirm it automatically rolls you over! Not a cheap mistake for just underĀ£1000. All messages and correspondence done via app but conveniently not the message about the roll over.
Now want to charge me Ā£50 for cancellation even though I never asked for this in first place. If you ask customers what plan they want when they join - stick to what they ask of you first, donāt scam them for another 3 months. Last email said they will use my feed back but doubt they will and itāll carry on telling customers via email in hope they donāt see it! Probably full aware will go to junk mail too.

Love the app
As someone who was willing to pay a little extra on their weight loss journey to have structure and aid, this is exactly what I was looking for! I feel in complete control as well as the app being overall easy to use and practical ā¤ļø
Great programme, app is now awful.
Now this is not a review of the Voy program, the support etc. is great, but recently they have made changes to the app which detracts from the whole experience. It was a sensible support tool and tracker, but now it seems everything has to be a game, doing things to gain points. I donāt want to work towards points thanks just give me the tools as they were. Have this points rubbish as an option, but please donāt shove it down our throats.
