Totally useless app
The app is very poor compared to all other resort hotel apps I’ve used. It keeps showing errors on every page and you can’t manage any part of your stay. Also nobody at the hotel seems to care, even when I’ve been telling them 3 months prior to arrival.
Impossible to make restaurant reservation
Tried to reserve restaurants and it didn’t work for some of them. Doesn’t meet my expectations as there is no any other useful functionality
