Fun game, has some problems
I love playing this game before going to bed or on the toilet and I think it’s worth the download if you love one piece. But I also have a few problems with the game. The biggest one for me is that I started with a guest account but am somehow unable to bind the account to my email. I habe tried many times and even tried contacting support but they never got back to me. The drop rates are also a very annoying hurdle to conquer. After playing for a few months now I only have a few of the characters I would consider worth investing in to and because you sometimes need another copy of the character to upgrade it, it slows down the power scaling immensely. There is also a lot of emphasis put on spending real money, which I get it, this is a free gotcha game but the rewards for spending money don’t even seem worth it anyways as, again, the chance to get anything you need even with paid rolls is still really really low.

Very fun game. However, once you get to a certain point, you can only play the game and actually be able to progress for a certain amount of time, and then you have to wait 24 hours to keep progressing or level up 2 times in order to keep playing the story. If there is anyway y’all could add another mode where you can just grind out stuff and it be resourceful and open to play 24/7, that would be a game changer. I want to binge play this game, free to play, not have to wait until tomorrow to play again.

Banned account
So my account got banned because I thought I got double charged when my banker showed it as pending twice but then I got actually only charged once, so that was my mistake on reaching out to customer service on the app, but all was good 2-3 days later I was still playing and even purchase another in game item to then try to login in later that day and I was banned. They say to contact them to appeal the ban however there is no way I can contact them. I just want my account back.

Hello, the apple orders may be delayed. When you recharge again on a later day, the previous order will be combined and sent to you., so it can make you feel like you're overcharged. Generally speacking no refund and no unban since we need to keep the fairness of the game. You can make a guest account and there has button for contact customer service on login interface.
Like it BUT
I like the game a lot but I’ll likely delete it soon being as they’ve made it impossible to get the g5 Luffy and zoro. Then the regular zoro can only level up to 100 i think when everyone else can get up to 325. The only way u can get those characters is if you buy jade fruits or just buy the shards for those characters I think but it’s expensive and even if it weren’t I still wouldn’t pay for it. They should at least give us a way to get jade fruits without paying for them. The gold fruits u can go on dispatch missions and just send someone to get the 600 gold ones but the jade ones yea no u can’t get those at all unless u pay and the best character u can’t get just doing stuff. U have to freakin pay man

Fun game design hidden behind a paywall
Overall, the game is fun to play but painfully obvious it’s nothing more than a cash grab that leeches off of fans of one piece. After a few weeks of playing, you can obtain one of the best players (Zorro or Luffy) by purchasing spins, spin 80 times, and you get it guaranteed for a small price of $100. You want that cool Boa Skin? No problem, $50! There are many hero collector games out there that reward you for your hard work and time investment but this is not one of them. They try to lure you in with a 1000 free summons but that just sets you up for disappointment when you don’t get the heroes you want, so you start feeling the need to reach for your wallet. You essentially will need to pay an ridiculous amount of money to upgrade your heroes and to fulfill your gacha addiction.
Although it’s fun to play, but ultimately it’s disappointing with the pay walls. I wouldn’t bother when there are better hero collector games out there that reward you for playing.

A single small change away from being good
Overall a legitimately good gacha style game with a lot of content to invest time in. There’s a major issue holding the game back though and that’s the level requirements for stages. You get to do 4-5 at a time then have to wait a day to get enough xp for the next 4-5. It completely ruins the flow of playing, I personally beat these sets of stages each day in 10-15 seconds and could easily be way further along without the level cap. It’s a lazy mechanic to incentivize making purchases and 80+ percent of the time everyone in chat is complaining about it. When your entire playerbase hates it so much it’s a bad idea to leave it as it is.

Great game but not without problems
The game at its core is great but there are problems to be found. First off the game is very pay to win but you still can make progress f2p. Secondly and my main issue with the game is the very stunted campaign progress. The only thing stopping you from completing campaign levels is a level cap you must meet. Once you do meet this requirement you only get to play another 4-5 levels before you reach another level requirement. Overall however it’s still one of the better gachas I’ve played.

This game is the best anime game for one piece I have come across so far
I have been able to get some amazing pirates without paying a dime and thx to the fact that you can get fame points to level up tour VIP level without speaking just by leveling up your player level and signing in is a great system don’t let the words of others bring you down about this game

1. Grammar within the app isn’t the best.
2. I’d say focus more on the free rewards, there’s a lot of free players that could be more interested in buying stuff if things could be better. High value offers that are cheap = micro transactions that pile up. If these offers stay consistent, it’ll make people want to come back and purchase a similar offer with money.
Rather than telling your players to spend $50 on a bundle, why not just $5 and get that same bundle? Players will still come back and buy 10 more of those bundles, you’ll make a lot more money. This is basic marketing skills, the value of jade fruits is through the roof. Make jade fruits less valuable by offering more of it.

Great game, but
I’ve been playing everyday for about 3 weeks now. I love it personally, but there are some things that need to be worked on. I’m free to play and i’m not against microtransactions, but as someone who likes to collect everything a game has to offer, i’m upset that there isn’t a free way for me to earn Sun God Luffy and Asura Zoro. Even if I have to put a ridiculous amount of time into the event, there should still be a way for free-to-play players to access all of the games content. It’s unrewarding to just not be able to use those characters if I don’t fork over $100. Please try and find a way for us free-to-play players to unlock the chaos heroes! thank you!

Awesome game. But take this in mind
Hello. To be honest this is an incredible game and it’s super entertaining. I’ve been playing it for like 3 days and so far recommend it.
But there’s some things that need to be fixed.
-The exp: it’s frustrating how every couple battles it’s says to gain more levels. Normally I wouldn’t have any problem but MAN there’s like no ways to gain it, if your going to ask for some leves at least give a way to gain the otherwise well get stuck and basically don’t have the chance to progress.
-Expensive: I don’t think you guys realize how much money you ask for things. I could probably buy 2 games just for the price of a couple of those fruits (forgot the name). I’m sure that people buy them, but if you really want more people to buy them lower the price PLEASE.
But in the end it’s a great game, honestly one of the best that I’ve played in a while (in the phone). But PLEASE THE EXP

Play if you a rich or just bored with lots of money
The base game is alright but when you can’t even go farther in the “main story” because your level is too low and the only way to level is by playing those story mission or just being online idle, or when there’s like 50 events going on that all day limited and there’s this one thing that says free gift but in order to get the gift you have to pay like a thousands bucks to get the whole thing, the game is clearly just trying to make as much money as it can before dying off

I think this game doesn’t have much problems except its leveling system. I’ve been playing for two weeks and have a bounty of 600k and yet story is still unlocked for me while the bounties are still at 100k. I wait everyday for idle rewards. Overall this game is great but they need to change the level cap thing or have an easier way to gain experience.

Really Fun
The game is extremely enjoyable to play, although I will agree with the majority of the community that it is way too expensive. I u der stand it should be difficult to get strong characters or else everyone would have them but $100 is just too much for someone that is free to play. I also agree that the leveling is extremely annoying, you genuinely have to sit for AFK awards just to progress. Other than those issues I love the game and I think it’s super well made!

Hopeful for Changes
Game is a lot of fun. Only issue is a simple pack to get mihawk cost 50$ where as in other games that would be 5-10$ at most. It is an extremely p2w game, but you can’t even buy one character without spending 50$. Hope to see this and the lack of experience from arena, impel down, the train, etc. in the future.

It’s a good game, few flaws
The game itself is really good , the animations could be better but it’s good. The character are good as well. Maybe they could take out the player having to have to be a certain level in other to play the level. I see a few flaws which could be fixed but overall it’s fun to play. Their could be more rewards as it’s kinda hard to earn a few stuff in the game.

Even I review the same thing that this game is amazing fun but like other said its hard to play the story mode. Its freaking hard to level up at point when you reach 20 and I have to wait for the idle reward to level up. No way to get exp. I hope they make some content for EXP so people can level up to play campaign also! But its really amazing fun game.

Throttled progression
I was having a blast with this game, jumping over from Street Fighter:M. I like One Piece and all of the characters and it’s exciting for the inclusion of clips from the anime series. But that’s also where it lost it’s first star.
The audio is distorted/echoey and sounds bad, making it unenjoyable.
Then you notice the graphics are pixelated for a game in 2023, where most displays are well over 2K.
Then the worst happens, after about an hour of playtime, you can no longer progress if your account level is below a random number. I’ll check in tomorrow but if I can’t progress, why would I continue to play?

Great Gacha
Gachas are always money grabbers and they tend to really force ur hand by making it so that you hit a wall, but I’ve played for a week (WITHOUT SPENDING MONEY) and every day I get on and my afk has leveled me up and I can access more levels for free. I get about an hour every day. There isn’t a wall. I recommend this game

Fun game for a while…
This game is overall really fun. If you like One Piece I’m sure you would love this game however there are a few things that make the game unplayable and p2w. For example when you go through the campaign you have to be a certain level to play like 5 battles then you have to level up 2 more times, normally I wouldn’t care but getting exp is super hard and the best way to do it is either campaign or you have to wait for it in idle rewards. Another thing that is bad about this game is that it cost 100$ to get one character and some gold fruits. Why does it cost 100$?!?!? Also the “all type” characters luffy g5 and zoro asura are impossible to get. But the game itself is fun and addictive. I love that there are a large variety of characters you can get from summons and how easy it is to build your teams. I like all the ways to get more items and playing a lot is very awarding. This game is a 8/10 for me… Please make leveling easier!
