I’ve had this camera for a couple of years. I had some issues but they corrected themselves. However, the camera will no longer charges and app won’t work. Tried to contact customer service via email and have not gotten ANY response. Disappointing

A year in it no longer work
Had it for about a year. It worked fine but now it only shows you live action. I know longer can play videos or go back and watch saved videos or any videos for that matter

Won’t Download & Can’t Preview Alerts??
Had device for a couple months and it worked perfect. Recently, I’m not able to view any of the alerts. So if i don’t caught it in real time, there no way for me to go back later and review any alerts.
Also noticed all the alerts i had saved to the SIM card can’t be detected or retrieved from the camera.

Cameras Offline
Every day or so the cameras just go offline. You press the reset button on the top of the camera and all is well until it isn’t. PLEASE fix this.
Updating
I cannot get my camera to update. Every time I open it, I get an update notice, click it to update and for some reason it crashes during the update every time. The furthest it’s been able to get is to 35%. Why won’t the update complete???
Needs more work
App crashes on iPhone 8+ using latest 12.4 update. Offers little explanation on how to use. Also, cam loses connection standing next to WAP.

Without WiFi... You're screwed.
While on my data plan, it will constantly crash and won't open. It will send me alerts for the motion detector but I can't open the app to see who is at my door. Once I get home and connect to WiFi it will work great.
