They ripped me off $188+
They charged my PayPal account to add 500 in Chinese currency to my WeChat and never applied the funds. They are not responding to messages and I have a PayPal claim against them. Stay away from this app

After I made the payment using my credit card in this app, they sent me an email asking me to add them on wechat so that they can add the money to my account. excited!
But however, i didn't get the money upon adding them as my wechat contact. Instead, they required me for various documents for verification: a photo with me holding my ID card while showing my face; a color photo of my government-issued ID card plus another color photo of my Credit card for the payment holding in my hand and revealing my face.
After sending them all these, they became unresponsive. and the second day they shooted me a message when I stepped out saying that they have issued me a full refund. BUT I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY REFUND FROM THEM AT ALL!!
SO. EVERYONE WATCH OUT!!

They Do Exactly What They Say They Do!!!
I was looking for a way to put money in my Wechat since I am an American that travels to China a lot and in smaller towns they solely work off Alipay and Wechat. Found a webpage where this guy gave his most happy recommendation about this app. So I decided to give it a try. Yes, they do ask for VERY sensitive information that you must upload to verify who you say you are. But I wasn't worried about that, I have a service that alerts me of anything and every activity that is sensitive. After understanding how to upload this info, in less than 21 minutes, funds were sent to my Wechat after you add them in your Wechat contacts. This was a lifesaver when it comes to only accepting Alipay and Wechat. I will recommend this app to all the Americans I know that come to China! Thanks Vpayfast!!!

So far so good! Wanted to fill my Wechat wallet in order to generate red envelope. First time just need to add Wechat contact before payment will happen. Had to contact online chat service in the app to get it resend payment. Wish there is a button to retry payment. But I think this situation only happens on the 1st transaction. Other than that everything works and response time is fast!
