You can’t create profile or share with other device
I recently began searching for a reliable VPN service and stumbled upon VPN 360. Initially, my experience was promising; the service itself seems solid and does not limit your network speed. However, while trying out the free trial, I noticed that the connection could drop unexpectedly if I wasn't monitoring it closely. After some consideration, I decided to subscribe to the paid version to take advantage of a more stable connection.
To my disappointment, I quickly discovered that the subscription's usability was quite limited. I was unable to share the VPN service with my other devices or my PC, which was a significant drawback for me, as I often switch between my smartphone and laptop. It became clear that I couldn’t create separate profiles or set up login credentials for different devices. This situation is frustrating because I don't feel justified paying a premium price for a service that I can't fully utilize across all my devices.
This lack of flexibility raises additional concerns for me. For example, if I were to change my phone or end up with a different Apple ID, would my subscription still be valid? It’s unclear, and I find this uncertainty quite troubling. I genuinely believe the developers need to address these issues. A more user-friendly approach that allows for profile creation and multi-device support would significantly enhance the overall experience. I hope they take these suggestions into consideration for future updates.
