I wanted to start a 3-day trial subscription, but my card was charged at once for £9.99 weekly subscription.
It is not the worst thing, because the EU servers are not working, so just paid for the services I’m not available to use. I would call it SCAM!

Was not a fan as I accidentally purchased the monthly plan - which I thought would be fine but it never actually connected me to the correct servers so I feel it may be a scam

I was tricked into buying this. It said I would receive a 3 day trial and I accepted it to find it has taken money out of my bank and I have paid for a whole month subscription! I thought seen as I’ve paid for it I’ll use it but it doesn’t work. It’s just says “connecting”. I’m feeling very frustrated and ripped off!
