Customer service repeatedly ignored my emails regarding a refund. Would not recommend. Re-charged me even though I cancelled.
Why this app still here, apple?
They scammed me by changing their name and not honoring the "for-life" access I bought few years ago. Everything changed and I lost access to what used to be a good vpn...
Updated lifetime?
I can’t update my account, and nobody responds at Ivacy or PureVPN to fix this issue.
Incredibly disappointed
I had purchased a lifetime subscription and now this move to PureVPN is asking for me to purchase a new subscription for the service I have already bought. I’ve been using Ivacy for the last 8 years. Time to move on. If there are any recommendations, I’m all ears.

The moment i paid 90$ for lifetime subscription the app would not work and no support either. DO NOT BUY
Very poor
This app has very poor support built in. You are not allowed to view your account details. You can try logging onto their website in a browser and find out there’s no support for you there. Just get announcements about moving to PureVPN regardless which link you click. This PureVPN wants your bank details. Be very careful. You can try emailing them but the mail address fails. The support form also fails. Both don’t appear to exist!

SCAM WARNING
A few years ago, I purchased a lifetime subscription for Ivacy. Now they’ve canceled my subscription and insulted me by telling me I should know that in the IT field lifetime only means five years, and that as being a regular consumer, I may not know that. Unfortunately, I’ve been in computer sciences since the early 90s and thats just a bold face lie to trick people who dont know better. Lifetime means Lifetime! Shame on you guys!

Not working
Why am I getting a message saying that I have to download a different vpn app? When clicked I get an error message. If the switch is so simple why is it so difficult when I try to switch?
Cannot upgrade to PureVPN
Every time I come into Ivacy, it asks me to get PureVPN. When I try I cannot enter my payment information card details as my first name is embed into the name section not letting me add my full card name. Subsequently unable to PORT. Unable to use the app!
Garbage
Being asked to migrate to PureVPN every time I try to do it there is an error whether on a computer or mobile. Criminals!
What Is Going On At Ivacy?
Why did my Ivacy VPN stop functioning? It tells me to download PureVPN. I click the link and I get an error. What’s going on here? Ivacy is still listed in the App Store, and so is PureVPN. Why did this happen, no warnings about this change whatsoever!
Very bad way to do business IVACY
I bought lifetime membership and now when I open it says “ivacy expiring in 45 days and get pureVPN” and when I click on get pureVPN new webpage open with either “invalid UUID” or “Opps something went wrong”

Version 7.1.14 app won’t on some jailbreaks
Ivacy has been working as intended for a while, but the newest update 7.1.14 prevents the app from opening while in the jailbroken state for my iPhone X iOS 16.7.8 using the palera1n rootless and rootfull version. It does work in the non jailbroken state for the x but that’s useless for me. Downgrading the app to 7.1.13 one the iPhone X fixes this problem. Although 7.1.14 doesn’t work with that specific iPhone X setup, it does work with my XS Max iOS 16.1 jailbroken with Dopamine 2.1.7. I hope this just a bug and that it gets fixed soon!
