Techno Tone Deafness

If every company offering communications and file moving and sharing software assumed that their user base was already well versed in how and why to use their products, they will leave behind some users who never understand their offerings’ usefulness. How disappointing to feel left behind! It’s even worse to be treated condescendingly by support. All this software to be in touch with others and i’ve never felt so far away and irrelevant
