I payed for a month. Then I found I couldn’t connect it to the internet, I tried so many many ways to try to solve this problem , but seems like useless, anyone can answer this question? And show me how to use that? Especially after it has been paid.

I paid $8 something for one month vip access. But it could not even connect to any server. Asking for a refund. It’s the worst.

I used the one day free version and it works well, then I payed for a one month premium version, I waited for a few hours to get it activiated, but it does connect. Then I tried uninstall and install again, also tried a few methods based the app instruction, it is still not working!

At first, I could open the App, and it kept spinning after I clicked connect. Now the App window closes after a flash by itself and the App support page doesnt even open.

you cant cancel the subscription since you tried a free trial, and it keeps taking money from your account. We need to report this app!

Do not fall for the free 1 week trial
Today I got the app and tried to do the one week “free trial” but it charged me $8.50

I saw there is one week free trial, so I downloaded this app. However, it doesn’t work at all that I deleted the app immediately. After 10 days, I received a receipt that they charged me $8.49. I didn’t use it, I don’t know why they charge me for a month fee. I’m unhappy with this app.

I was trying to cancel the subscription because I don’t need vpn anymore. However, I have tried several times, I have contacted the support team, they do not provide me any useful suggestions and now they are still taking money from my bank account. I just want to say you guys have a second thought if you are going to use this.

It's a scam
I ended the free trial and subscription after less than a day. A week later they charged it to my account anyway! The app is horrible, and didn't come close to working for my intended purposes. Deceptive and illegal.
