Dissapointing
Doesn’t work. Annual subscription should allow free server service, it doesn’t work. The 1/3/12 m subscription service registered payment on apple, but the app didn’t recognise membership status and hence no premium servers service worked. Waste of time.

The only VPN that provides Russian IP. Safe, fast, big choice of countries. Nice and professional customer service.
Great support
I’ve been using for a few years now and haven’t had a problem with the connections and there are sufficient of them for the countries that I require. I was also pleasantly surprised at how quickly their support reacted when I did have a problem with my account subscription. Their initial response to my email was in minutes and the problem was resolved in a couple of hours.

I ve done a membership before checking if the vpn is working! But surprisee , is not working at all ! Dont spend money on this app! They are not even respond at the emails

Had difficulty when the change happened but it works now, used to be able to use the account on every device and now it tells me i can not.

Great customer service
I have used VPN One Click for many years, I had a problem when I transferred to a new iPad and the VPN didn’t copy over correctly. Their customer service was really helpful and didn’t make me feel like a complete idiot! Talked me through how to fix the issue, now working fine. I highly recommend this App, it does exactly what it says it will do.

Hopeless
I’ve been using this VPN for years without any issues and always recommend it to friends.
Since the last update it would not connect so I contacted them through the app which they resolved quickly, unfortunately the next day it would no longer connect. I contact them again but they haven’t resolved it this time. I uninstalled and reinstalled but now the app will not open.
Shame that a good VPN has been ruined and I have to find an alternative.

Getting Ripped Off
I am writing this review put of frustration. I have been with this VPN service for quite some time now, up until this summer it worked well. Then nothing worked other than failed notices. Then a change happened and i have lost service 2 months into an annual renewal,this was 3 months ago. I did contact the developer and was asked to start an account, i did and out of frustration re-subscribed with no service.I think I’ve been ghosted by the developers service dept now. I truly enjoyed using this vpn for streaming and would appreciate its return given that NORD VPN works great but I believe the cost is outrageous.

Garbage. Just doesn't work. And no app support
All the servers stopped working. So I deleted the app and reinstalled. But now when I try to "restore purchases" it just says "server error". Doesn't matter how many times I try.
Lost a loyal customer
I have been using this app for over 10 years since the last update the app is not working neither on the iPad or iPhone

Upgrade failures
This app upgraded and I was told when the upgrade didn’t work that they have a problem. However, after two weeks of asking how and when the problem would be resolved I was told to cancel the app. Not very professional, in fact very unprofessional. I have used the app for over 6 years and they simply ignored, or didn’t have the knowledge to correct the situation. This group consists of amateurs at best seeming to not need or have the time to solve the mistake they made in their upgrade. I can no longer recommend One Click. I found a much better solution. Should have cancelled immediately instead of believing their story.
