Gotta say this app has been amazing from me as a digital nomad. Used this VPN for 5 years in more then 25 countries acros Asia ans Europe and it’s been super simple. Very stable connection, good speeds, reliable for travel especially in the Middle East and and Central Asia
How to cancel.

Can’t get support, can’t reset password, can’t unsubscribe
I’m paying for this app, but can’t connect anymore. I’m trying to reset my password but there’s no mechanism to do that. There’s also no mechanism to unsubscribe, change password or access any settings.

I can’t get in touch to report a problem. I can’t open all 4 Chanel as it detects I am outside the country but I can get the other uk Chanel’s. Perhaps someone could assist me as to how I can report a problem to them. Thanks

Service ok while usine but I forgot my password and there is nothing to help you to create a new one so basically I cannot use the app anymore!!! Also I cannot stop the subscription so I was still paying for months I never used the app.. a bit weird !
