New servers are fast
I’ve been using their services for a few years now and considered stopping when the troubles with lifetime user came, but I’m happy I stayed, now their customer support is quick and effective and the servers are faster than ever!

Life time subscription not honoured
Had a life time subscription, they did not honour so don’t bother they don’t look after there customers.

Hey these guys that bought the company are honest and working hard. Customer service is awesome and very helpful.
I too was a Lifetime Subscriber from the old company. They screwed over the new owner by not fully disclosing certain things.
It’s either drop the massive lifetime subs (which is the business model that tanked the old owner) or go out of business.
Either way your lifetime sub would be GONE, so Stop Complaining you bunch of little whiny 👶🏼 babies.

Awful business practices after the company was sold. Screwed previous customers.

I have been using VPNSecure for a few months and the experience has been great so far. On par with the big names out there but way cheaper.

I’m a long term user of VPN secure and always found their service fast and easy to use. Had to interact with customer support in the past and it’s usually a breeze.

Company changes terms and conditions at will, revoked life time license deal, refuses to refund, and servers are slow and unreliable.

These folks don’t believe in a ‘lifetime’ purchase btw. Buy at your own risk, next thing you know a new owner might ask you for more money again.
Dishonest company
I purchased a lifetime subscription a few years ago. They will not honor that any longer. I do not care if they a “new company “ now. When you purchase a company you assume that companies commitments and liabilities. If you cannot trust a company to do the right thing, how can you trust them with your personal information.

No Honor Among Thieves
Like many others, I’ve had a lifetime subscription that was not honored. I had no idea there was even an “acquisition” until I inquired about my account. I don’t know what the details of this acquisition are, they decoded in their “infinite wisdom” they will not honor lifetime subscriptions. I won’t trust them, they are more interested in a profit margin than service. Can they be trusted? I would say NO!

In a word, nothing is working even the login was difficult to do. It connects to servers apparently but then nothing is working.

Lifetime subscription cancelled without notice
My lifetime subscription was cancelled without notice. The owners then offered a new ‘discounted’ subscription that was more expensive and offered less services than their competitors. Don’t waste your money on any company that rips off its customers.

Illegal practice
This company needs to be investigated by the European CPC for illegal practices. They sold lifetime memberships and suddenly decided to no longer honor them and make everyone pay for subscriptions without reimbursing them. In English this is called theft.

Did not honour lifetime subscription
This service has been dead for years, and apparently they got new owners. Unfortunately, the new owners did not honour the lifetime subscriptions for what’s left of the users and instead offered a new subscription model to us. If that’s the case, there’s plenty of alternatives, no point sticking to a service which doesn’t look after long time users.
