New servers are fast
I’ve been using their services for a few years now and considered stopping when the troubles with lifetime user came, but I’m happy I stayed, now their customer support is quick and effective and the servers are faster than ever!
Avoid at all costs
Bought a lifetime
Subscription, then they cancelled the lifetime
Subscriptions. Company was all ready not good. Use a real company which this one is not.

Owner not interested in improving
I was also a lifetime sub.
Even though I decided to stay with them, I am beginning to regret that.
They have not put any effort into improving this app.
Choosing to focus elsewhere.
The windows app needs improvement.

Life time subscription not honoured
Had a life time subscription, they did not honour so don’t bother they don’t look after there customers.

Hey these guys that bought the company are honest and working hard. Customer service is awesome and very helpful.
I too was a Lifetime Subscriber from the old company. They screwed over the new owner by not fully disclosing certain things.
It’s either drop the massive lifetime subs (which is the business model that tanked the old owner) or go out of business.
Either way your lifetime sub would be GONE, so Stop Complaining you bunch of little whiny 👶🏼 babies.
