I have been using this VPN for the last 8 years without any major issues. Once in a while it disconnects but over-ally it’s good.
The support team has also been helpful when I contact them for support. Unfortunately, for the last 5 days I have not been able to connect to any of the servers… while in China. I also contacted the support team twice but to no avail.

I paid but I cannot get the service
The app simply stuck at the boot page 98% time when I open the app. And most severs are unreachable most the time. And they wouldn’t refund me
