So angry

canceled my subscription immediately after installing the app on November 5th. However, due to an app malfunction, I was unable to complete the cancellation. I attempted to cancel multiple times, but the system still did not allow me to do so. As a result, on November 8th, I was wrongly charged 349,000 VND to my credit card. This is unacceptable.

I am requesting that your team cancel my subscription immediately and issue a full refund of 349,000 VND without delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will leave a 1-star review on the Apple Store and report this case directly to Apple.

I expect your response and resolution as soon as possible.

Like it but there’s one problem

I mean it’s good but… Really?? I need to pay to get higher Wi-Fi I ain’t wasting my money on this Wi-Fi goofy ah app on the App Store I just want Wi-Fi to play Roblox and when I try to press the button, it tells me to PAY!? Like you owner only care about money take out the pay to get Wi-Fi OUT of your App if there is no paying I would already using this app every single day and it will be stuck in my life but really? One star review. sorry

Done

I dropped Norton VPN as it required turning it on each time with iPhone use. Didn’t expect to be tasked with that. With Sunrise charging $10 A WEEK it’s again manual repeating it ON. DONE.
