SO STUPID- are they actively steering customers away from the App Store?
Same problem, I paid for 1 month subscription but the App refuses to work, just like the last time. The last time I bought a 1 year subscription but the app didn’t work. App support contacted me, activated my account and told me not to subscribe thru the App Store again, but go thru their web site !!! Time to renew, visited their web site, but their web site doesn’t support ApplePay. So back to the App Store. I was cautious and subscribed for1 month only. Sure enough, same problem.
I just reported the issue to the App support and requested a refund.
Previous evaluation a year ago.:
I signed thru Apple Store for 1 year. But the subscription didn’t extend to my other iOS devices. And now I am logged off my subscription all together and downgraded to the free service. Restoring purchase did nothing and customer support is dead and not responding … SO STUPID
I contacted customer support via the app, it was of no help at all. They kept asking for my email. All I can only give them is my iCloud email but they say they have no record of it. I keep telling I subscribed via the App Store, which doesn’t require an email, and restore purchase doesn’t do anything.
Frustration continues and now I have no choice but to contact Apple customer service and request a refund. Uik
Aug 2026: I added 2 stars. Their customer support is great. They tried to solve the problem. But we don’t know why my subscription goes to an alternative ID.

On iOS, sometimes not only the server doesn't connect but also the internet doesn't work... On Android, you can force stop, but on iOS, you have to delete the VPN profile over and over again...

Endless loop of nothing
I have vpn unlimited lifetime and have only used on my pc. Idk what the password is but I can’t sign on via google and whenever I try to reset password or login through email verification, nothing is sent. How tf am I supposed to log in if I am getting no emails for verification

Cette app est géniale : simple à configurer et à utiliser. Un vrai bonheur d'autant qu'il y a de nombreux serveurs dans le monde pour pouvoir se connecter et avoir une IP locale un peu partout. De plus il existe des clients pour tous les systèmes les plus populaires... A utiliser absolument pour préserver sa confidentialité. J'ai pu également tester leur support et celui ci a été très efficace et très rapide. Que demander de mieux?
