I have reached out to Customer Service team multiple times in April 2024. At this point I have not heard back from them yet.
For others who are interested, this is an app that requires payment within the app to continue the feature. If I ever heard back from them, I'll come back to the same platform and add an additional comment with this context. Until then it seems like they might have shut down and taken the money (my premium membership expires in June)

客服疑似跑路
出现问题已经两周了，一开始是速度变慢，现在是显示连接了却打不开外网，从一开始发现问题的时候就给客服反馈，但是目前已经两个星期了，我发的信息一直显示未读，怀疑要么跑路了，要么就是团队被抓了….
网速慢客服也不回复
客服4月份以后都不发邮件回复，退费也不回复
