What forever connected VPN, empty promise- did not work in China
Very inconsistent, cannot get a refund either because I did not purchase through Ali pay. It worked two years ago and this year it failed over and over.
Not working
It used to work last year in China, but no longer working now. I cannot visit Google, Gemini, ChatGPT and so many websites, even if I have purchased the premium membership.

This app SUCKS it never works and it stops working every 2 minutes and it’s not the wifi’s problem cuz I tried with 4 DIFFERENT WIFI’S

The app is good except one thing. Sometimes when I try to start the VPN it says I have a connection issue. I try clicking countries that are right next to me like Hong Kong (I'm seeing relatives in Mainland China)it says I have unstable connection. LetsVpn, pls fix this. I used this last year and this year is the only time it happened.

I have used Let’s VPN for years without a single issue; it was my favorite app and I recommended it to everyone. However, after the major disruptions around March/April, it completely stopped working for me.
Foolishly, I renewed my membership during that troubled period thinking it would get sorted out. Even after the dev team announced that everything was fixed, the app still does not work on any of my devices. To make matters worse, getting a refund is impossible. You only get automated replies from a chat bot, and it's impossible to reach a real person to solve the issue. I highly regret paying for this and absolutely do not recommend it anymore.

经常连不上，而且基本上只有新加坡区连得上，其他区一直closed for maintenance。
现在真是一代不如一代
买了一个季度的，今天打开不是连接不上，就是选择的网络在维护中，真是一次不好的体验

Maintenance problem
Ever single time I used this app it was always under maintenance. Every hour I was on 2 hours off. It is a good app and I have used it for 3 years but this is the only time and I’m disappointed
