I used to be a fan of letsvpn for their amazing performance, but from last 2 days (24 august 2026) when i downloaded letsvpn after long time in china, and even i paid platinum for one konth the service is so bad and there is a note on the top “The update you keep swiping away?” I dont know after paying why i am facing this issue, please resplve this matter

中国大陆自从5月28号起彻底连不上了。退款很久了也没退款。客服也没人回复。买了别的vpn都能用，只是你们自己放弃了大陆市场。

Literally, they won’t let me have vpn and it says connection unstable, when my wifi is at all three, I had to spend more then twenty minutes figuring it out and I still can’t, it’s literally so frustrating

The VPN is great! If you can get it to connect to a single server when they’re all quote on quite: “down for maintenance” yeah right bud down for maintenance for a month!? At that point just get a new server. Also auto connect almost never works, when it does connect though? I turn the gon off and manually connect? The servers magically “down” for maintence, and I read a dev. Response that they have people administrating their servers 24/7. Anywho if you can get it to connect? Awesome vpn (just know that even if you don’t use ur 1 hour free trial the timer still ticks)

This vpn is pretty slow, and changing regions is a nightmare, it’s always a gamble whenever you do try to. Most of the regions never work at times, and you can’t even turn on the vpn most other times.
