I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your subscription. Please note that it's entirely up to you whether to continue your subscription after the free trial period or cancel it. The trial period is designed to give you ample time to evaluate our services and decide whether to proceed with payment or not. If you accidentally made a purchase, we suggest contacting Apple and requesting a refund directly from them. Unfortunately, as developers, we don't have the tools to process refunds on their platform. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you'll give our service another chance in the future.

Hi there, sorry for any misunderstandings. We make sure to state that the free trial or subscription can be managed at any time in the settings of your phone. Please note that Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made through their subscription platforms. Due to their Privacy Policy, app developers like us have no access to any Apple subscription records. To request a refund, it is best to contact Apple directly.
