Bad customer service

I was having a problem with the continuing disconnect so I went to talk with the customer service and they blocked me from the free plan and told me you must subscribe to continue using the app, so since that time and the free servers were blocked at all, it’s a bad bad customer service ever

Great for Bad Networks, Terrible for Consistent App Access

It manages to work on the most heavily censored and restricted networks, but many apps still don't function properly. You connect to the VPN, but an app like LinkedIn might not work on a specific server, forcing you to test all of them just to find one that connects. YouTube fails to load on many servers, and the same goes for Reddit, Instagram, and X (Twitter). For instance, a server might easily open Instagram, but that exact same server won't load YouTube or X (Twitter).
