Me and my dad were trying it out and once the game loaded, it glitched us out! I was so mad. We’re still trying tho as of a few days right now.
Pls change this it is very annoying don’t get this app until the people change it

Got this for Christmas. Didn’t ask for it. It’s garbage. Just a bunch of custom VR videos for you to watch. No thanks. If you could use this and watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. while laying down it would be somewhat useful

Bought a headset with explore oceans product
Got access to Vodiac videos for a while but it kicks you out with no QR code so couldn’t really access anything and it’s very slow, deleted this app

Isn’t recognising qr code to get onto the app

App stopped working - support non-existent
I bought a VR headset for my child a couple of years ago. It was working fine until all of a sudden it looks like the app has logged us out and trying to re-connect comes up with a ‘QR Code not recognised’ error.
I messaged support on their web form a few months ago to flag this issue but had no response. I have messaged again but fear that they have rendered this product redundant in order to force the purchase of a newer product.

Latest update killed access
Update to require QR code has completely blocked access to the app and when I try to scan the QR code from the VR Headset, which cost $50, the QR code is unrecognised and now I can’t watch a damn thing.
Pls change this it is very annoying don’t get this app until the people change it
Make it stop kicking me out of the app.

Solid VR Experience!
Definitely the best VR mobile thing on earth, it doesn’t have games but it does have very immersive videos. My little cousins found it quite fun and interesting and I even made my Mum had a go.

Got the Vodiac VR headset as a gift for Xmas from QVC. Tried to use on Boxing Day. Downloaded app and followed instructions which was easy enough. Once in the App, can select the video but once the video starts… video keeps stopping and buffering, or stops completely and kicks you out the app. Tried multiple attempts, different phones (same email account), deleted and re-downloaded the app etc… no luck. Not able to watch a full video, app is totally not working. The headset will be returned ASAP due to faulty phone software.

Very good experience. All worked really well. It’s not interactive in that you plays games etc, it’s 360 degree videos that play (average about 4 minutes each).
Only downside is you are limited to the content provided and there is no downloadable videos etc to expand its use.

Awful
I could buy a better version for a fiver
This is a rubbish VR set
Just got this is a new birthday present for my children…installed the app and it’s downloaded all its data. We managed to get onto the videos but they only seem to work for about 10 seconds that’s after waiting two or three minutes and then they freeze. Kids are left there for 10 minutes wondering what’s happening waste of money do not recommend unless you just like wasting your money… always give a five star rating because people only look at the positive feedback!!

Great VR, but lacking sound
We bought the oceans pack and loved it. But the lack of sound really keeps you from the immersive experience. Now with Vodiac, I tried out the ghost train clip, but without sound, there isn’t any jump scares. I’m excited to see where Immotion is going with their product, but for now, I can only give it a 3 until sound design is added. Keep up the great work though!

All the videos featured on our platform have sound, its important to us to deliver a complete experience and sound is part of that. Please make sure that the silent mode switch, on the side of your device, is set to off and that you have the volume turned up - however, we recommend using headphones to get a more immersive experience.
