When u try to access a video my screen starts spinning and I can’t see anything

Those 5 star reviews are fake. MAJOR EPILEPSEY WARNING. All videos on their app are spinning 360 degrees at the speed of light possibly even faster do not use if you have epilepsy or even if you don't have it don't usen any way.

My VR and iPhone kept spinning randomly after many attempted tries. Please do not buy this awful product and app. It’s terrible. Get your money back. Me and my mother tried to get the app and VR Set to work, but it couldn’t. We tried about 3-8 times, and we both lost our patience.
This Brand is absolutely terrible and has absolute nonsense. It couldn’t even let me play any games properly, like I said at the beginning, it’s awful.
My mother should get her money back, but she bought this in December, so it’s too late.
Next time when I want to play VR, i’ll go to an arcade, thank you. I don’t know how this app got 4 1/2 stars, this is absolute foolishness. Please don’t get this VR or App for your child, sibling, parent, guardian, or any type of relative or friend you have. I hate this Brand. Absolutely, terrible.

This app’s text is all in Spanish! It also forces you to log in with a Facebook account, and half the games have been removed from the App Store.

The app is probably great, but I can not get past the language barrier and also the instructions are not detailed. Even the website is a hassle to get through. Still trying to enjoy this to its fullest extent and I’m having issues here. It would be nice for some type of tech assistance with the app or apps associated with homido center

No sound
I love this app!! It is very great and has many choices for movies/games... however I cannot hear any sound when I am watching a movie/game. I would rate 5 stars but I need sound to be content with my vr set
