Vさんの音声は全く来ません

事前に音声テストで何回もやったし、自分のマイクも音声出力もちゃんと作動しているし音も出てるし、でも本番の時に向こうの音はどうしても流れて来ない。他のレビュー見たら、ずっと改善されてないよね。運営に罵詈雑言を言っても意味ないから、レビューを書いておく。
ちなみにVRゴーグルなら大丈夫らしい。

アップデートされる度に音が小さく聴こえたり、プツッて聴こえなくなったり訳の分からない現象に遭遇します！イヤホンを無線から有線に切り替えれば治ったりしました。上手くお話し出来なくて、推しの悲しそうな声を聴いて自分まで悲しくなりました。はあ…

改善されることを願います。

推しとお話ができると聞き、7回分(約2万5000円分)のチケットを購入しました。
推しを応援する意味もあり購入しましたが、いざ時間になっても推しの声は聞こえずただ動く推しが見れるだけ。一切声は聞こえませんでした。
何度入り直しても設定を色々と変えてみても結果は同じ、一切声は聞こえませんでした。結局7回全ての回で推しと会話するどころかお声を聞くことする叶いませんでした。
お金をドブに捨てた、とまでは言いませんがとても楽しみにしていたにも関わらずこの結果はとても残念です。そこそこのお金を払っているにも関わらずこの様な結果は如何なものなのでしょうか？
叶うことならば今後このアプリが改善される事と、この様な目に他の方が会わないよう願うばかりです。
