About
VRA Health brings India's finest doctors to your home. Consult specialist and super-specialist doctors trained at premier institutes such as AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER, NIMHANS and NIMS over secure tele consultations - skipping the travel, the waiting rooms and the costs, and starting the right treatment sooner. Patients outside India can also consult these expert doctors for second opinions.
WHY VRA HEALTH
- Every doctor is professionally qualified, trained at a premier Indian medical institute, and personally vetted with stress on quality medical service
- Built by doctors: VRA Health is developed by a team of PGIMER-alumni doctors focused on quality healthcare for every user, following the evidence-based medicine principles practised at institutes like AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER and NIMHANS
- A simple, clutter-free app made exclusively for medical consultations
- A dedicated patient support team follows up on every consultation request so there are no doctor delays, no-shows or unnecessary cancellations
HOW IT WORKS
1. Doctors mark their availability in their calendar, visible to you in the app
2. Request a tele consultation - the doctor is notified and responds in real time
3. If the doctor accepts, you are directed to payment and your consultation begins; if not, you are guided to other available doctors. Our support team pursues doctor responses for immediate consultations
4. Share reports and documents with the consulting doctor even before the consultation and before payment - so if your case needs a different specialist, you know early, avoiding no-shows and cancellations
IMPORTANT MEDICAL INFORMATION
Teleconsultations from expert doctors help in medical decisions and can avoid the delay and cost of travelling to a hospital or healthcare facility. HOWEVER, A TELECONSULTATION CANNOT BE EQUATED TO AN IN-PERSON PHYSICAL VISIT TO A DOCTOR, WHERE A COMPLETE PHYSICAL CLINICAL EXAMINATION IS DONE AND HELPS BETTER IN CLINICAL DECISION MAKING.
We strictly follow the Indian Telemedicine Guidelines and recommend users abide by the same.
Tele medical consultations are never meant for treating critical illnesses or emergencies. However, first aid or rescue measures may be requested through teleconsultation, at the discretion of the user or patient, until reaching a hospital or healthcare facility.
All clinical advice, treatment options and medical management suggested during a consultation are those of the attending consultant who provides the teleconsultation - given to the best of their knowledge and in the best interest of the user or patient - and not of VRA Health or its associates. Any legal or medico-legal issues arising during or after a consultation rest entirely with the user and the treating or attending consultant; VRA Health and its associates hold no role or responsibility, and the onus of clarification or settlement lies with the provider and recipient of the service.
