They don’t answer at all
I sent them multiple emails about questions I had and how they did not respond over the five days they say and then they canceled my order when I started getting upset with them and expressed my feelings a little not cussing or anything just expressing my feelings of about my order and how they weren’t answering my questions correctly and then since I paid with Apple Pay they had it on the wrong account responding
