Glitches
This app is so glitchy now. I just spent 2 hours trying to verify my email. It kept signing me out when it tried to do ANYTHING. You can never reach real customer service, they just send you automated messages that are not helpful.

i love the editing options, it makes the photos look great. but the app can be kind of janky
Did anyone test this before shipping?
The AI feature is nice and the UI itself is pleasing, but it if I cant perform a basic workflow without issue then this app is nothing more than a polished turd.
It is very clear little investment went into UX, user testing, or QA. I’ve hit bugs and dead ends in so many core workflows that I have to pay for. Yes AI can provide a lot of value to users, but Its useless if the foundation needs fixed.

It would be a five but
I woke up this morning to being logged out of my account and no way of getting back in I’ve tried everything I just want to log back into my account but idk how I logged into my account in the first place.
Disappointed
I'm so disappointed in this app. I renewed my membership just to find out all the presets and editing tools I used to be able to get with the plus membership are now offered for pro membership only?! Goodbye vsco.
Won’t let me log in
Everytime I try and log in the app says mg verification code is incorrect or the screen goes black. Terrible app

Awful update
Used this app from the begining. After new updates my payed subscription feels like a demo. Also it became very buggy. Sad but now I’m off to search for alternatives.

This is such a good app for people who love taking pictures especially people who love having cute trendy filters on there photos ! And it was super easy to use for my first time !
Fonts
I’m trying to add words to my photo but I am only getting two fonts is there any reason why ? Am I missing something

The world out there values to be liked + this app actually allows me to be less of a freak that is just religious 😅 And I don’t see major problems about it so I’m grateful to whoever created this
Gone downhill
Used to be one of my favourite apps for editing photos but sadly now almost all the filters cost money. After using all the time I literally never use this. Such a shame

Been using this app for probably a decade at this point. All my favorite filters and tools are now paywalled. Absolute greed.
Refund
They will not send you an email before charging for new subscription! Do not fall for it. Expensive but is not as good as the other apps.
Charging for things that were free
Charging for new filters and features is great but charging for features that were already there is just desperate and money hungry… i just used the tone feature then updated my app now it’s locked… sad

Love so much, but really laggy right now
I absolutely love this app, like an insane amount. But over the last week, the app lags a significant amount and doesn’t load different effects very quickly like it usually does. I clear out my studio fairly often so there isn’t a ton of images bogging it down. I think it might just have a bug or something right now. Not sure. Love the app! Just sad about the lag.
