Poor interface and difficult to navigate
Some parts of the e-book does not show up. Some texts also do not appear for some reason (white text on white background). Difficult to use when browsing for notes. Feels like I wasted my money to buy the e-book, only to have it available exlusively on a reading app with poor interface. Definitely needs tons of improvement.

2 because i'm giving the benefit of a doubt here
weird formatting of elements so that they are off center or get in the way of the keyboard. the password and username i type don't show up at all (not even as the usual dots that hide what you type), and the app will not let me sign in no matter how many times i've tried (yes, i reset the app and the gadget used). i hope some of these issues are simply as a result of time and not a larger issue with the app itself, or that the people running the app fix it asap, especially because this is an app that is essential to many students like me and a lot of us probably have a book or two we've already payed for but cannot access.

This app is the best app ever with all of the performance issues, bugs, and really disappointing features you would have no problem using this app at all.

How to sign up
So i wanted to download this app for the books I wanted to study, but somehow I need an account to login but I don’t have an account so how am I supposed to do this?

bruh the book just disappears, it crashes when i try to skip chapters, and now i cant get back the book i really need for my class. THANK YOU.
V-Smart sometimes doesn’t work
In MAPEH and English books where you play some clips to listen to a sample song or a sample of a phrase, it doesn’t load sometimes.
Other times, V-Smart also butchers the pages because either the text doesn’t fit or the page won’t load properly.
The page finder/topic finder also isn’t accurate and won’t load the results, making it hard for students like me to navigate through a thousand-page digital book where it gets confusing to know where they are. Please fix this.

V-Smart makes learning more of a hassle than using physical books.
V-Smart is probably one of the least usable education apps in the App Store. Most of the features, such as profiles, aren’t being utilised because it simply doesn’t work. Please update the app more often than every year to avoid having students line up and have their app fixed every start of school season.

I prefer Apple Books to this app because you have to get everything fixed with the technicians before everything works. It’s a frustrating cycle every school year that I wish wasn’t part of my annual routine.

It's very hard to sign in because you have to add something in the settings, I think it was the School link. But I don't know my school link.
