Have changed my password several times on the website for the app to constantly tell me my credentials are wrong

This app is for VOiP calls. Not for vision insurance. That is why log ins don’t work

Same as other users, the app constantly says that my username/password is wrong when it’s not. Can someone fix this please? It would be nice to be able to access my card via the app because I’m very forgetful!!
Incorrect login credentials
I have changed my password just to confirm I wasn’t typing my information wrong. Will not let me log in on the app.

I give this app 0 stars because it keeps telling me that my username and password is incorrect when I know for a fact that it’s not because I’ve been able to log in on the actual website, copied down my information from that; and even changed to a new password just for the message to pop up.
