Crashes after about 10 seconds. Does playback not that you have chance anyway. A complete waste of space.
Only works with Sub-stream, not works with Main-stream (HD)
The app would crashed or showed no video when switched to main-stream to view HD or 4K videos. Please fix the issue

Just doesn't work.
This app is so erratic and has now stopped working completely. Every two weeks I'd have to turn off my router and reboot to make it work. Now the app won't work at all. I uninstalled the app from my iPhone and when I try to reload the app tells me it 'can't save the device'. VSS support is useless and have completed ignored my request for help.
The app suddenly worked last week for about four hours and now it's offline again even though the hard drive is storing events. Absolutely hopeless.

It's ok...needs a lot of work.
For iPhone/iPad- Every time I log in I need to choose the cameras I want to see and choose whether to watch them in HD or not. Just save my setting and let the login process be less time consuming, this is monotonous and boring....the iPhone app lets me use a passcode to require access, we need the iPad app to do the same and/or require Touch ID for both. Also, app freezes occasionally on both the iPad and iPhone. Overall, the app needs to be more user friendly.
