Almost works
Runs on iOS 12.2, and I’m able to select my account, project, team, and iteration, but when I try to view the dashboard I receive an error: “We have reached to max threshold limit for fetching work items. Please try viewing iteration wise”. The iteration I selected has just 3 work items and 3 tasks. I suspect it has an unnecessarily low limit on how many open work items it will query, and that “viewing iteration wise” doesn’t help it to overcome that limit at all. It makes no sense to me that they would offer such a poorly written/supported app, and then link to their company’s site where they’re trying to sell their software services.

2-factor authenticator doesn’t work
Right off the bat the login experience is uneven.
I haven’t been able to log in using 2-factor authentication with the Microsoft Authenticator. The app just sits there waiting for confirmation after I approve the login on Authenticator. At this point the app is stuck. If I go back to try a different account, the app doesn’t let me switch it. It just picks where it left to try authenticate the same account I entered earlier. I had to uninstall and resintall to a try a different account.
Then the “demo login” is just some random outlook.com the app gives you the password for. I even got a “it looks like someone else might be using your account” message, then the login flow tried to confirm it was my account by texting to the number I obviously don’t own.
I reckon Microsoft’s authentication mechanics are a bit rube-goldberish, but I get the impression not a lot of polishing was given to this app’s login flow. As is, I’m unable to use it.

Slow and poor performance
It works sort of but it’s too slow, it’s easier to use the website than this app

It just hangs after entering login credentials.
That’s a “hello world” program, not a real app
The app seems to be an early experiment of the author in the complicated world of iOS software development.
The functionality is the following: the app requests your login credentials, then connects to VSTS and then shows you a list of VSTS projects. That is it. One star.
