VSTWell

VSTWell is a mobile app compatible with the VSTBalance system created by VirtuSense Technologies. With this interactive app, users can receive personally customized exercise and fitness plans derived from their assessments and assigned (as appropriate) by a clinician. Following an assessment on VSTBalance, a clinician can consult the VSTBalance system’s recommended exercise list, intended to address the specific deficits identified during the assessment. If the clinician deems the exercise is appropriate for the user (consult your doctor before beginning an exercise regimen), a link is sent to the user’s email address, allowing them to download the app with their personal recommended regimen. As the user interacts with the exercise app, the app can track that user’s overall improvement and participation, giving their clinical team (with the user’s permission) greater insight in managing outcomes and addressing trends in the user’s health that may require further proactive attention to prevent an adverse event from occurring.
