Dost slabá appka
Za mna je appka velmi slabá a nespolahliva. Nekomunikuje problémy. Pri platbe poistného zvolim Apple Pay, appka preblikne, vyskočí nieco v zmysle spracúva sa, pritom ma to nevyzve k úhrade, resp platba neprebehne. To iste pri platbe mimo EU. Kym som prisiel na to, ze si musim zapnut VPN, aby sa appka spamätala uplynulo mnoho dni a stratil som kopec nervov - kto by uz len chcel byt dlžný na poistnom, však? :)

- You could add a functionality to request refund for the benefits we have at VsZP. Eg. I fill in a prefilled page, select a benefit, add a photo of a receipt from eg. dental hygiene and VsZP returns money (benefit) after the validation whether I fullfilled all conditions to get the benefit.

Stiahla som si app., fungovala 2 tyzdne a potom fungovat prestala! Prihlasujem sa spravne a NIC!!! Mob. app nefunguje!!!
Problém s platením
V appke je možné kliknúť na konkrétnu položku, ktorá automaticky preberie sumu k zaplateniu. Avšak ďalej to take intuitívne nie je. Po zakliknutí položky chcem kliknúť na ZAPLATIŤ, no aplikácia na to nereaguje. Môžem manuálne zmeniť sumu: aplikácia ma nechá zaplatiť nižšiu sumu, ale nie je možné zaplatiť vyššiu, ani presnú sumu, čo je dosť frustrujúce a mali by ste sa na to pozrieť.

Activation process and scanning documents is horrible
I have the perfect camera and perfect pictures every time from my Id card but i get the error that my photo quality is insufficient… tried it maybe even more than 100 times in different light conditions and no success…

Verification
App won’t let me to verify my account via scanning the ID card & face. The error thrown during the verification process is - Not connected to internet. I tried Wi-Fi, 4g data - no success. Alternatively I can go to office and sign some documents - it’s not 2005 anymore so that’s not going to happen. Since I’m not able to use the app it’s 1 star rating (would have rated it 0 if possible)

Appka Vám pro pridaní identity zobrazí naprosto všetko, aj čo si účtuje lekár, aké máte choroby, evidencie :( Je to nepríjemné. Keď som si chcel pridať nemohúcu matku / či iného člena domácnosti -- je to zrazu nemožné. Prehnali to vývojári...
Face ID does not work
I tried dozens staring at white circle an following it. It starts over and over again. Does not work. iPhone dims the light and it looks like it will block itself.

Very useful app as for me. Medical card, covid pas, list of your doctors with the current receipts. Possibility to obtain bonuses and “cash back “ through the app. I like it

V aplikácii som zatiaľ našiel všetko čo som potreboval. Sú tam dátumy preventívnej kontroly, covid pass a podobne.
Jediné čo mi príde ako slabé miesto je platenie.
Zakaždým musím použiť kartu a nedá sa využiť Applepay ani Gpay , ktore sú v dnešnej dobe už všade. Každopádne mimo to som s apkou spokojný a nenašiel som iný nedodstatok.
