About
Video Tailor Team App is to manage the upcoming and completed wedding and pre wedding shoots booked by Video Tailor, a brand of Emprise Productions Pvt Ltd.
Major Tasks Covered in the App:
1. To inform approved partner about the new shoots on which they can apply if they are available on those dates (New Leads)
2. Accepting the shoots if the shoot is confirmed by Video Tailor (Under Pending Acceptance)
3. To view complete details of the event including Start time, Checklist to complete, Couple Name, No of hours of the shoot, Venue details, Shoot Manager Details, Team chat with the other team members assigned in the Today's & Upcoming Shoots Section.
4. Upload Image after reaching the location and update the checklist of the tasks assigned on the day of the shoot (Today's Tasks)
5. View the status of payment, Data copy, Any Issues with the shoot once the shoot is completed in the Completed Shoot Section.
Overall purpose of the app is to manage the shoots efficiently by communicating proper details of the upcoming events to the Approved Video Tailor Shoot Partners.
