The issues you described are not the experience we aim to provide. We are actively working on improving question clarity and ensuring that each item has a clear, well-supported correct answer. We have also identified and are addressing a recent issue that may cause paid users to be incorrectly prompted for a subscription. Regarding billing, subscriptions renew automatically, and this is disclosed during purchase and in the confirmation receipt. Hi taniamis, thanks for flagging this. That definitely should not be happening. If an answer is being marked incorrectly, that is something we want to fix quickly. We have not seen this reported broadly, so it may be tied to specific questions or a version issue. If you can, please contact us through the app support or email us at support@eztestprep.com with an example question. That will help us pinpoint exactly what is going on. We take question accuracy seriously, so we will dig into it and correct anything that is off. Appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
